About Us

KPK Group is a property developer company with over 40 years of experiences. The business address is at 20-23, Tingkat 2, Jalan Tengah, Off Jalan Putra, 05100, Alor Setar, Kedah Darul Aman. The principal activities are housing development, building construction as described more specifically in the Memorandum & Articles of Association.

The Group has over the years constructed and developed few thousand units of various types of low cost and medium cost residential houses in the northern region West Malaysia. The Group being the main property development player in the northern region of West Malaysia has proven its versatility with the diverse range of projects, i.e. from low to medium cost housing, shop- offices, shopping complexes, industrial building and hotels.

In the Years 2000, the Group started to expand its businesses into Southern Thailand which involved in the development of apartments, shop houses and hotel operation.

The Group has always supporting the federal and state government housing policies in building the affordable houses for the low and medium income group in Malaysia. The Group will continue to actively involved in housing and commercial development in Malaysia and recently the company is moving forwards to the main contractor to build the national affordable housing schemes known as “PRIMA Homes” (Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia) so as the assist the government to achieve the targeted units for the low- medium income group.

Currently KPK group is developing a new township area of 4.8 square kilometers, integrating 10,000 affordable housing, high-end residential areas, large expressway rest stations and food cities, light industrial areas (5 kilometers away from residential areas), medical centers, city-in-city commercial Plazas, medium-sized shopping malls, business and trade areas, tourist areas (cultural villages, water parks, happy valleys), education areas (international schools and higher education institutions), nature and adventure resort development projects. The entire city development plan is focused on green environmental protection and health.

The first phase of the affordable housing development project (1680 houses) is in development, and the sales rate has reached 90%. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. The third and fourth phases are expected to launch in the first half of 2022. With the cooperation of old development projects and the commercial, tourism, education, light industry, medical, and even government-driven airport project (tourism and industrial drive), we can accurately estimate the population within 5 kilometers to hit high-density population of 60,000 in 5 years, an estimate of up to 500,000 crowd flow and consumption power per year, and is expected to double in the next 10 years.
